After almost 10 years of service with ServiceMaster Clean franchises in South Carolina, Jay Dewart was ready to acquire his own franchise. He soon met Jerry and Martha Hills, the founders of ServiceMaster of Hendersonville. The franchise opened in 1980 within the basement of the Hills` home. After 22 years of growth, including moving to the current location at 35 Old Brickyard Road, Jerry and Martha were ready to move on to their next phase in life and pass on their life-long achievement. Jay and his wife, Angie, purchased the franchise in 2002. With continual success, ServiceMaster of Hendersonville has grown to over 25 employees. The addition of the construction Division in 2004 helped the franchise grow into one of the largest cleaning and restoration companies in the area.

Jay and Angie strive to instill the essential values of ServiceMaster within all their employees by concentrating on customer service and providing customers with peace of mind in their time of need, 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year.
